The company
Royal Fish Srl was established in 1991 and took on the business management of the pre-existing Ittica NR Sas, specializing in the wholesale of frozen seafood products.

The problem
The competitive environment requires the optimization of the management aspects in order to minimize operating costs while improving the product storage conditions. The optimization of the storage space, the reduction of order fulfillment costs while improving service and the reduction of energy costs represent important strategic levers.

The solution
Nine dual front mobile bases COMPATTA Cargo have been installed in the plant located in Lughetto (VE-Italy). Every base is composed of 5 spans of pallet racking. Thanks to its technical features, COMPATTA Cargo enables the reduction of number of aisles allowing to maximize the exploitation of available space in the refrigerate room.
